Can I suspend a basket for a week because I'm going on vacation, and how does that work?

En savoir plus sur notre formule flexible

Yes, we all deserve a vacation! The easiest way is to delegate someone to pick up the basket for you while you are away. It's a great way to share this experience with a friend or family member! In short, doing this helps promote organic farming.

Unfortunately, if this option is not possible for you, you can simply log into your account on our website and pause your subscription in the subscription section. This must be done no later than the Sunday of the delivery week. You must reactivate your subscription upon your return before the Sunday of the delivery week.

I'm a little worried about subscribing for a whole season because I'm afraid I'll receive certain vegetables that I really don't like or am allergic to.

Good news: with each delivery, there is an exchange basket that allows you to swap one item in your basket. When preparing the exchange baskets at the farm, we always make sure to include the most popular products.

Can I get an extra basket this week because I have guests coming over and I want to impress them!?

We would be happy to make an extra basket for you. You can simply order a trial basket online no later than Sunday of the week of delivery. Feel free to send us a photo of your creation; sharing recipes is always appreciated by other subscribers and by us. We love to see what you create with our vegetables; it's part of what makes us happy.

I tend to be late or forget my basket... What should I do?

Don't worry, you won't be blacklisted. On the contrary, we understand that these things happen to everyone. We would much rather you arrive on time at daycare or finish your open-heart surgery. In short, whatever the reason, simply contact Michael at 819-616-2872 or by email at auxcolibris@gmail.com. I will do my best to find a solution. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to get your basket on time. Above all, we want to avoid food waste. auxcolibris@gmail.com. Je vais faire de mon mieux pour trouver une solution. On ne peut pas garantir que vous allez être en mesure d’avoir votre panier selon le délai. On veut surtout éviter le gaspillage alimentaire.

I'm not late; I'd even say I'm early since there are still two minutes before closing time, but there are no more baskets left. What should I do?

We understand, playing Where's Waldo may not be your cup of tea. Don't worry, we'll find a solution, and whatever happens, if we can't find the missing basket, you'll receive an extra basket the following week. And knowing Clémence, you'll surely receive a nice surprise to make up for it.

What can I expect in the baskets? How many people are they for?

There are between 6 and 12 products depending on seasonal availability. We are a diversified farm that produces over 50 varieties of vegetables and fruits. You will be impressed and sometimes surprised to discover new products. It's normal at first to have to adapt to eating according to the seasons, but you'll get there and enjoy doing so. One basket is suitable for 2-4 people on average. Of course, this is very relative. For example, our family easily eats two baskets a week.

Are all vegetables certified organic, and where do they come from?

Organic, organic, and more organic. We are certified organic by Québec Vrai and for those who are skeptical, we can send you our certification, which is renewed every year. You are also welcome to visit our open house to see for yourself. The fruits and vegetables come from our farm, but we are happy to collaborate with other friendly farms to supplement the baskets on occasion. In all cases, these are, of course, certified organic farms.
